Our Consultants can assist your team with any of the following tasks:

· Drafting contractual documentation (including but not limited to): conditions of tenders, special conditions of contracts/deeds, contract negotiation directives, contract negotiation reports etc.

· Assisting projects in conducting Liability Risk Assessments (LRA) in line with Defence LRA Framework throughout procurement and contract management lifecycle.

· Providing ongoing commercial advice and support in procurement planning, tendering, contract negotiations, formation and contract management activities while ensuring compliance with legislation, procurement policies, processes and procedures.

· Assisting in coordination of legal and financial services during various stages of procurement lifecycle.

· Leading Commercial Negotiations on behalf of the Commonwealth or Defence Industry.

· Understanding and providing advice on commercial risk, legal principles and contractual performance requirements.

· Drafting and reviewing contracting correspondence including commercially sensitive and complex reports, submissions, contract change proposals and other documents as required.

· Provide tailored AIC related advice and support to projects.

· Assist projects in developing Sovereign Defence Industry Priorities and enhancing local Defence Industry by ongoing engagement and support.
 

· Working collaboratively with various stakeholders and subject matter experts to resolve complex contracting issues.
